Department Lead Processes DRAFT

Department Head Responsibilities:​

  1. The selection of their Lay Leader Coaches for each City, in partnership with the City Convener. For details, vist the New Lay Leader Vetting & Selection page
  2. Relationship-Buidling with your specific ministry's Lay Leader Coach for each City.
  3. The ongoing training, equipping, and sharing of best practices for your ministry's City Impact Lay Leader Coaches.
  4. The vetting of events and opportunities that the CI Lay Leader Coach wants to facititate in their city.
  5. The appointing of a department POC for City Impact Events/Opportunities administration.
  6. Ressponsible for Ministry Planning with input from their CI Lay Leaders.
  7. Responsibiltiy for alignment of Department Lay Ministry budgets with City Impact Budgets.
